Hawaiʻi ACTE unites educators, industry, and community partners to provide educational leadership that nurtures the unique voices and talents of Hawaiʻi’s people, developing a skilled, innovative, and competitive workforce for our islands.

Hawaiʻi ACTE (Association for Career and Technical Education) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to advancing high-quality career and technical education (CTE) throughout the islands. Composed of volunteer board members from the Hawaiʻi Department of Education, the University of Hawaiʻi Community Colleges, and industry and community partners, Hawaiʻi ACTE works to strengthen connections between education and workforce needs across the state.

As an affiliate of the national ACTE organization, Hawaiʻi ACTE supports professional development, advocacy, and collaboration to ensure all learners in Hawaiʻi have access to meaningful, high-quality CTE programs that prepare them for success in both local and global industries.
