Additionally, Senator Dela Cruz is spearheading efforts to formalize Sister-School relationships, aiming to promote innovation and cultural exchange while fostering economic partnerships outlined by the Department of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism (DBEDT). He is dedicated to aligning the education system with relevant career pathways, particularly for underserved students, through collaborations with DOE, Hawai‘i P-20, and UH Community Colleges, showcasing his commitment to workforce development and community prosperity. Senator Dela Cruz's visionary approach emphasizes global exposure and local empowerment, epitomizing his impact on Hawai'i's agriculture and educational landscape.
